How do I register my team?

Visit our registration page, select your preferred division and package, fill out your team information, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

When do I get my game schedule?

Schedules are published approximately 1-2 weeks before the season starts. You'll receive an email notification, and schedules will be available on the games page. Check back regularly for any updates or changes.

Can I add or remove players after registration?

Yes! You can update your roster through your team account. Log in and navigate to your team dashboard to add or remove players. Roster changes must comply with league rules (check your division for specific requirements).

What's your refund policy?

Registration fees are non-refundable after the registration deadline unless NCHC cancels your division. If you need to withdraw due to exceptional circumstances, contact us—we'll work with you to find a solution when possible.

Where are games played?

Games are played at various venues in the Ottawa area. Each game listing shows the specific venue with address. Venue information is included in the schedule once published.

How do installment payments work?

For qualifying packages, you can choose to pay in monthly installments. The first payment is charged at registration, with subsequent payments automatically processed monthly. You'll see the full payment schedule before confirming your registration.
